Terms & Conditions

Thank you for visiting primeshop.pk. Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your order to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Nationwide Delivery

We deliver everyplace in Pakistan, including big cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. Delivery depends on whether courier services are available in your area. If we can’t deliver to your location, we’ll get in touch with you.

2. Product Sourcing

Our products are imported from the USA, however the country of origin may vary (e.g. China, India, UK, Pakistan) depending on the manufacturer or seller.

3. Payment Terms

  • Orders require 30% advance payment at the time of booking.
  • The remaining 70% is paid at the time of delivery.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Some items may arrive within 10 working days.
  • Most items are delivered within 15 to 25 working days.
  • Delays can happen because of customs, supplier issues, or bad weather.

5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation is only allowed while the order is in “Pending” status. Once processed, no changes or refunds can be made.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Issues such as damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be reported via email within 3 days of delivery.
  • Damage during transit should be reported to the courier at the time of delivery.
  • Valid refund requests are processed within 2–3 working days, and supplier-dependent issues within 5–10 days.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Books
  • Apparel
  • CDs/DVDs/Software
  • Video games
  • Items with missing serial numbers or UPC codes
  • Products marked as “non-returnable”

8. Product Usage

  • Ensure the product meets your needs before ordering.
  • We do not provide technical support.
  • For electronic products, voltage compatibility is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse (e.g. using a 110V product on 220V).

9. Pre-Order Products

We do not guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items. If the global release date changes, customers must wait — refunds will not be issued.

10. Legal

All purchases and disputes are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Customers agree to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

11. Unclaimed Deliveries

If an order is not accepted at delivery and the customer remains unresponsive for 20 days, the order will be cancelled, and any paid amount will not be refunded.
